Lead the bodyshop and the reception team to generate the target sales, provide technical support and implement body shop retail standard, along with all legal regulation on labor, safety and environmental protection,

The candidate must have minimum of 8 years of working experience, in the busy and repair center plus, minimum 2 year of experience in supervisory and management role, must be efficient in strategic planning, for growth monitoring and lead time, resource planning and demonstrate, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
