Larson Maddox is currently seeking highly experienced Employment Attorneys to join its Virtual Office as a Virtual Employment Counsel. This remote opportunity is designed for seasoned legal professionals who want to maintain a full-cycle employment litigation practice while enjoying greater flexibility and no business development pressure.
The role focuses on handling complex employment law matters, including administrative charges, demand letters, and single-plaintiff employment litigation cases. Candidates will also be responsible for supervising junior attorneys and collaborating with legal teams to ensure high-quality case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employment law cases from initial intake through final resolution
• Develop and execute effective litigation and case strategies
• Draft, review, and supervise legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses for legal proceedings
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, conferences, and trials
• Handle administrative charges and attorney demand letters
• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support legal staff
• Collaborate closely with partners, paralegals, and litigation teams
• Maintain high standards of legal accuracy, compliance, and documentation
Requirements:
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in employment law and litigation
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Active bar membership in good standing
• Strong experience in employment litigation and legal case handling
• Ability to work independently in a remote/virtual environment
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and courtroom skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities
