Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
• Assist the HR in recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house team.
• Maintain a strong presence on the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Uphold and enforce company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Contribute to menu planning, pricing, and execution of special events or promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of restaurant supplies.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and proactive manner.
• Assist in financial management, including monitoring expenses, revenue generation, and achieving financial targets.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Sound knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and MS Office suite.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
