Hiring Application Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Lead to join our team in Abu Dhabi. If you have a passion for technology and a background in the Oil & Gas or Maritime industry, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in application support or system administration, with a strong focus on ERP systems like Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience in supervising and leading technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Operations, Procurement, and Payroll business concepts.
• Deep understanding of business processes and requirements related to plant management, contract management, and crewing solutions.
• Strong project management skills and experience.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with database management, SQL, and programming concepts.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and function in a fast-paced environment.
