Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Accounts Manager.

As an Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full accounting function and ensuring smooth financial operations within the company. You will handle accounting tasks single-handedly and be the go-to person for all financial matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including VAT and other relevant tax filings.
• Monitor cash flow, manage budgeting, and provide insights into financial forecasting.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all financial processes are up to date.
• Collaborate with external auditors, consultants, and tax authorities as required.
• Handle month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
• Utilize Zoho software for financial management, including invoicing, reporting, and accounting functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4-6 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE tax regulations, especially VAT.
• Proven experience in using Zoho software for accounting and financial management.

Salary: 8,000 – 12,000 AED per month

Location: UAE (must be based in the UAE and ready to join immediately).
