Hiring VIP Support Engineer

Location: Dubai

Qualifications:

• Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems.
• Experience in handling VIP users is a must.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical users.
• Prior experience in VIP or executive support roles or fast-paced IT environments
• Strong analytical abilities for effective issue diagnosis and resolution.
• Preferably Arabic speaker.
• Any Microsoft certification is a plus.
• Must already based in UAE and can join immediately
