Hiring Team leader Operation

As a Team Leader for Real Estate Operations in the Dubai Secondary Market, you will be responsible for managing a team of real estate professionals and overseeing day-to-day operations related to property transactions.

Requirements::

• Lead, coach, and mentor staff for high performance while ensuring compliance and accuracy in property transactions.
• Set clear objectives, provide ongoing feedback, and foster a collaborative work environment to drive continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, promptly addressing inquiries and acting as a liaison for smooth transactions.
• Streamline workflows, identify process improvements, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance across transactions.
• Streamline workflows to boost efficiency, productivity, and service quality while implementing best practices and quality controls for consistency and compliance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and technology adoption to optimize real estate operations.
• Market Analysus and Strategy Development
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting the Dubai secondary real estate market.
• Analyze market data, pricing trends, and customer feedback to devise strategies for property acquisition, listing, and sales, collaborating with senior management to align business plans and objectives for achieving organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in real estate operations, transaction management, or property management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, Arabic speaking is added advantage
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, including regulations, market trends, and legal requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Proficiency in real estate transaction software, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
• Professional certification or license in real estate (preferred).
• Salary AED 10K to 16K – subject to experience
