Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with hands-on experience in MicroStrategy, PowerBI, Informatica BDM, SSIS, Cloudera, Hadoop, and Spark. As a Solution Architect specializing in Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust data solutions that meet our organization’s evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design end-to-end data architecture and analytics solutions leveraging MicroStrategy, Informatica BDM, SSIS, Cloudera, Hadoop, and Spark technologies.
• Develop data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines to ensure efficient data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
• Implement best practices for data governance, data quality, and data security across the data ecosystem.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in data analytics, continuously evaluating their potential impact on our data architecture and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with expertise in designing and implementing data analytics solutions.
• 7+ years Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy, Informatica BDM, SSIS, Cloudera, Hadoop, and Spark.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, ETL processes, and data warehousing principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
