Hiring SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Off-page SEO: Develop and implement effective off-page optimization strategies to improve our website’s visibility, rankings, and organic traffic.
• Link Building: Conduct thorough link-building research, identify relevant high-quality websites, and execute link-building campaigns to increase backlinks to our website.
• Content Promotion: Collaborate with the content team to promote engaging and shareable content across various online platforms, including social media, blogs, forums, and industry-specific websites.
• Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Keyword Research: Perform keyword research and identify relevant target keywords to optimize website content for improved search engine rankings.
• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide regular reports on key metrics, such as organic traffic, rankings, and backlinks.
• Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to ensure the implementation of effective strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a focus on off-page optimization.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Demonstrated success in executing link building campaigns and improving organic search rankings.
• Proficiency in SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of off-page optimization techniques, including link building, content promotion, and influencer outreach.
• Familiarity with on-page SEO and content optimization strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
