Hiring Senior Instrumentation Engineer –4 nos. (Duration 6 month)

Responsibilities:

• Participates as a team member in a specific phase of a broad engineering assignment.
• Directs preparation of appropriate documentation for assigned projects.
• Undertake activities and tasks assigned by the Lead Engineer with minimal or no supervision and guidance. These will typically comprise of:
• Preparation, checking and approval of philosophies, specifications, design
• drawings, studies, requisitions, technical evaluations and general
• Instrumentation and control system documentation.
• Review, checking and approval of third-party supplier drawings and   
• Documentation for all types of instrumentation and control system equipment.
• Developing enquiry documentation including MTOs and man-hour estimates.
• Co-ordination meetings and liaison with third parties including clients and suppliers.
• Inspection, checking and witness testing of instrumentation and control system equipment at suppliers’ works as necessary.
• Engineering support during construction and commissioning phase activities.
• Fully coherent in all international codes and standards
• Participate in site visits, project review meetings, design reviews and other   workshops as required.
• Participation in design reviews, value engineering / safety workshops
• Ensuring technical integrity of the instrument deliverables for the project. Ensure compliance with the work scope and with applicable international standards.

 Skills / Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree in a relevant discipline (Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control)
• Minimum 8-10 years Instrumentation & Control engineering experience in oil and gas projects (with a minimum of 5 years in UAE, preferred) Experience FEED, Detail design and EPC projects.
• Good knowledge of discipline design/engineering with sufficient experience in different discipline areas · Communication skill (excellent command on both spoken and written English)
