Description:

Harbor Real Estate is seeking to appoint a Sales Progression/Conveyancing Officer to be based in our Head Office in Dubai. You will be responsible for overseeing all ownership transfers, on behalf of sellers, buyers, lenders, and developers.

Job Description:

• Oqood experience is a requirement for the candidate.
• Understand the system for registration and termination.
• Preparing DLD forms (form F, etc).
• Identify DLD procedures and follow them.
• Make sure you understand how the real estate trust office operates.
• Drafting official documents, such as contracts which include details of the sale or lease
• Checking contracts on behalf of clients
• Keeping official records of payments and contracts
• Working with Land Registry documents and title deeds
• Dealing with transfers

Our requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven Dubai real estate market experience

• A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional
• Well-established communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent multitasker and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Effective at report-writing
• Attention to detail and maintaining accuracy and compliance within a code of conduct
• Problem-solving skills
• Valid UAE driving license with the car is a must
• Arabic Speaker is a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Adept at report writing.
• Discretion and respect for client confidentiality.
• Basic IT & accounting skills.
