Sales Coordinator Vacancy

• Coordinating with the clients regarding orders, specifications and deliveries.
• Manage to make quotations, follows ups and other related tasks.
• Monitor Sales Executive’s/Assistant’s business meeting / schedule & encoding in the system afterwards.
• Assist the sales Executive in Quotation preparation (fabrics/documents etc.) and submission.
• Monitoring of MS and LPO to be given to Data Entry Clerk
• Preparation of Sales order and Follow up with Data Entry Clerk for completion of Job Order for the same.
• Quotation preparation and submission (direct)
• Quotation follow up and monitoring
• Pattern Preparation
• Requested sample delivery monitoring
• Submitted sample follow-up and monitoring
• Follow up on Production Schedule.
• Delivery monitoring and coordination.
• Preparation of report for the Sales Executive
• Sales enquiry thru telephone (Marketing Calls)
• Enrollment of new client thru telephone
• Review sales performance of existing client to give feedback to the Sales Executive
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly report
• Others that may assigned to from time to time
• Reporting: Delivery update per client, Sales per client
• Closely Monitoring the Sales Process.
