Description:
AQC FITOUT LLC is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the receiving, storage, control, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment required for fit-out and furniture projects.
The successful candidate will ensure accurate inventory records, proper material handling, and timely availability of supplies for project teams. Candidates with interior fit-out or construction industry experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and inspect materials, tools, hardware, and consumables delivered to the store.
• Verify quantities and materials against delivery notes, purchase orders, and approved documents.
• Arrange and store materials properly to prevent damage, loss, or wastage.
• Issue materials to site, production, and project teams based on approved requests.
• Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular physical stock counts.
• Monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment.
• Track material movement between warehouse, factory, and project sites.
• Maintain documentation for GRNs, material issues, returns, and transfers.
• Report damaged, missing, or excess materials to management.
• Ensure the store area remains clean, organized, and safely maintained.
• Support monthly and annual stock-taking activities.
Requirements:
• 3–4 years of storekeeping experience with UAE experience mandatory.
• Experience in interior fit-out or construction is preferred.
• Good knowledge of fit-out materials, hardware, tools, and consumables.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication, organization, and coordination skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inventory control and stock management
• Material receiving and documentation
• Warehouse operations and reporting
