Job Specification:

• More than 12 years of IT experience with at least 5 years of experience managing strategic clients
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to foster CXO level relationship
• Understanding business process and ability to relate IT road map as applicable.
• Exposure to Finance/Retail/Manufacturing and IT landscape
• Ability to drive results, influence people, and train others when appropriate
• Must be a self-starter, quantitative-minded, and possess a proactive, innovative nature.
• Strong business development and consultative selling background.
• Significant work history in selling and delivering complex business and technology solutions in the  areas of ERP, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics
• Strong track record influencing and working with senior executives.
• People Management experience.
