Description:

Hiring QA Engineer – Sharjah – UAE – QHSE Department

Main Scope: – 

• ·Determining, negotiating, and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
• Review statistical data from the production lines & Customers to identify quality problems. Analyze the data and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem.
• Develop and monitor continuous improvement programs, aiming to reduce the number of defects and improve levels of quality, reduces manufacturing costs and improves overall product quality.
• Work with suppliers to help formulate quality standards for components ensures that incoming components and materials will comply with the SKM quality standards, minimizes the time and cost of inspection, and contributes to the quality of the finished product.
• Develop QA & QC engineers and technicians & Inspectors and ensure to increase their capability.
• Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance. And oversees product development of SKM products meet acceptable quality standards.
• Managing Quality Control Activities, Handling Clients/ Third Party Inspection/related to in process inspection Analyzing customer complaints/ feedback.
• Responsible for conducting analysis and evaluation of new component samples, customer complaints, process and product deviations and make recommendations for process and product improvements.

Requirements:

• Eight to ten years of experience in QA / QC and HSE Activities
• Knowledge of QMS and other quality & excellence standards.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry standards and trends
• Lead Auditor of ISO 9001:2015 (certified)
• IQC / LQC / OQC / FFR Management training
