JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Minimum 15+ years’ experience in Program/Project management with techno functional skill containing below but not limited to the following:
• Extensive international experience in IT project and program management across EMEA, pacific regions using Agile and Waterfall methodologies with managing budgets up to USD 10 million.
• Design, Plan and Execute Banking Projects (Mobile/App Banking, Internet Banking, and Channel Banking etc.)
• Strong Experience in full lifecycle implementation using agile methodologies, Understanding of agile tools like Jira, Rally, Microsoft Project.
• Experienced in working closely with C-level executives.
• Participate in Pre-Sales engagements and performing gap analysis, product walk-through/product training to users.
• Mentoring team member for quality work/peer review.
• Technical forte in Core Java, J2EE, SQL, Java Script, XML, XSL, XSLT, Web services, OBDX Framework, Require JS, Knockout JS, OJET, WebLogic 12c, Tomcat
• Extensive on-site experience in implementing OBDX, versions starting from 17. X to 21.X
• Excellence in building Proposals, Project Estimation, Project Costing, Budgeting, Optimization of Resources and Profitability Tracking
• Managing Oracle Banking Digital Experience (OBDX) Consulting & Implementation projects across MENA region.
• Build the appropriate solution/product and/or choose the right partner/consortium for providing an end-to-end solution.
