• Business Transformation professional with experience in Business & Operations Excellence, Business Transformation, Lean Six Sigma, Process Re-engineering, Quality Management System & Project Management
• Drive Business Transformation through Innovation, Process re-engineering and Automation
• Process Discovery for RPA feasibility and publish solution document for Implementation
• Establish Operations Maturity across the processes
• Handle Robotics Process Automation projects as a project manager across the Organization & Work with clients to drive RPA and Transformation projects
• Realize process improvements by applying Six Sigma tools & techniques in different business processes to enhance productivity & profitability
• Assist organization in the creation, monitoring, measurement and analysis of standardized processes
• Provide support to develop support assets, e.g., tracking tool for operational excellence success stories, tracking of root cause/lessons learned from actual delivery experiences, etc.
• Understand the process in detail and come up with inputs which results in reducing the contacts
• Identify routine/mundane queries which can be automated through Self-serve, FAQ, IVR or BOT
• Understand the upcoming process changes from the client and deploy it to the production, ensure necessary dip-checks are conducted to ensure that the knowledge is transferred as expected
• Experience in building and deploying a decision tree which indeed reduces the handling time and make agents work life easier
• Build and update the knowledge base on a period basis
• Selected individual will build the process excellence team from scratch
