Procat is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced recruitment professional with a proven background in high-volume hiring, particularly within the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing qualified candidates, and working closely with operational teams to meet workforce requirements efficiently. Professionals with strong organizational skills and in-depth knowledge of the UAE recruitment market are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

• Recruit blue-collar employees to meet operational workforce requirements.

• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure timely manpower fulfillment.

• Develop effective sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.

• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

• Maintain recruitment records and ensure compliance with company hiring procedures.

• Support workforce planning and contribute to achieving recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.

• Proven experience recruiting blue-collar employees, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.

• Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes.

• Familiarity with the UAE labor market and local recruitment practices.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Male candidates are preferred.

• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE.
