Description:

Kwik Steel Structures FZCO is urgently looking to hire a qualified and experienced HR & Admin Officer to join its expanding operations team based in National Industries Park (NIP), Jebel Ali, Dubai. The company is seeking a proactive and organized professional with solid knowledge of HR operations, administration procedures, and UAE labour regulations within a JAFZA or Free Zone environment.

The ideal applicant should have hands-on experience managing day-to-day HR functions, employee coordination, administrative operations, and government-related procedures. Preference will be given to male candidates with previous UAE experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration within the UAE

• Previous working experience in JAFZA or Free Zone environment is mandatory

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and employee compliance procedures

• Experience handling visa processing, labour contracts, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID applications, and medical procedures

• Familiarity with recruitment processes, onboarding activities, payroll coordination, leave tracking, and employee relations

• Ability to manage accommodation, transportation arrangements, camp administration, and office support operations

• Good working knowledge of government portals and Free Zone procedures

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Excellent communication, coordination, multitasking, and organizational abilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding cycle for new employees

• Maintain employee files, HR records, and company documentation accurately

• Coordinate payroll activities, attendance records, overtime calculations, and leave management

• Handle labour, immigration, and visa processing activities in coordination with relevant authorities

• Support disciplinary actions, HR communications, and employee engagement matters

• Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management tasks

• Coordinate with JAFZA authorities and government departments for approvals and documentation

• Prepare and maintain administrative reports, HR databases, and operational records

• Ensure all HR and administrative procedures are aligned with company policies and UAE regulations
