Hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist – Abu Dhabi (Oil & Gas experience mandatory)

Salary – AED 6000 – 10000 AED

Requirements:

  • Shall be sound in using MS office & Power Point (MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLookup & Pivot table
  • Experience in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
  • Good understanding of UAE & India recruitment market.
  • Knowledge of standard hiring practices, recruitment metrics, interview techniques, and management systems and approaches.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and able to handle multiple projects.
  • Have a keen eye for detail whilst being results oriented and able to stay calm under pressure and in uncertainty.
  • Able to form strong connections with others, earn their trust, and hence being to influence even the highest level of management in the business.
  • Proactive approach to HR and Talent Acquisition as a value-add function.
  • Oversee and manage a performance and appraisal system that drives and identify high performance.
  • Maintain compliance with state and local employment (labour) laws and regulations and recommended best practices; revising and aligning the current company policies and practices to achieve compliance.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, recommending, and implementing people policies and procedures to communicate to the employee.
  • Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring applicants, including managerial and professional roles; collaborate with department heads.
  • Maintain the organization staff by establishing a recruiting, screening, and interviewing program, counselling managers on candidate selection.
  • Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Gather, interpret, and prepare data for studies, reports & recommendations.
  • Maintain reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirement.
  • Suggest new ideas for improving recruitment activities.
