Nscale is seeking a highly organized and proactive Group Executive Assistant to support multiple senior leaders within its fast-growing AI and GPU cloud infrastructure organization. The company specializes in delivering high-performance, cost-effective GPU cloud solutions that power AI development for startups and large enterprises globally.

This role is central to ensuring smooth executive operations by managing complex scheduling, communication, travel coordination, and strategic administrative support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and contribute to improving operational efficiency across leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars and inboxes across multiple time zones, prioritizing urgent matters.

• Coordinate and track action items from leadership meetings to ensure timely follow-ups.

• Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and executive-level documentation.

• Arrange domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, accommodation, and expense management.

• Support leadership events, offsites, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Process expenses and assist with budget tracking.

• Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve operational challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other Executive Assistants on shared projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in fast-paced environments.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling and international travel arrangements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and effective under pressure.

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
