Hiring Physiotherapist

 Operational Responsibilities:

• Interprets referrals and conducts initial evaluation, problem identification and diagnosis of physiological and psychological functioning.
• Develops, delivers, and modifies treatment plans and provides appropriate treatment for an individual’s physiological and/or psychological needs within the context of the person as an individual
• Defines patient-centered goals and educates the patient.
• Informs patients about their recommended physiotherapy treatment plans and treatment modalities, and ensures understanding, consent and cooperation from the patient prior to commencing the therapy.
• Uses relevant standardized outcome measures to evaluate progress, appropriately monitors patient tolerance and response to therapeutic interventions and provides progressions and modifications to the treatment plan as necessary to achieve the established patient centered goals.
• Conducts constant risk assessments and adheres to necessary safety measures during therapy sessions. Uses appropriate strategies to effectively facilitate client self-management and health promotion education to enhance health and well-being.
• Develops and maintains records and reports of all patient assessments and treatments in an accurate and timely manner that reflect specific information and services provided to the patient.
• Ensures that administrative tasks linked to patient care, including documentation, billing, insurance submissions, and requests are completed as per policy and regulations.
• Minimum of 1 years of Experience in UAE

License /Certification:

• Required Valid DHA License or Eligibility
• Preference: Immediate Joiners
