Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and licensed Pharmacist cum Manager with a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to lead our well-known customer – SwizMed Pharmacy in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Providing leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards set forth by DHA and other regulatory bodies.
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to optimize pharmacy workflow and efficiency.
• Monitoring medication therapies to ensure safety, efficacy, and patient satisfaction.
• Managing pharmacy inventory, including ordering, stocking, and controlling costs.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and medication-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Providing support and guidance to staff on pharmaceutical matters, including medication management, drug interactions, and patient counseling.
• Performing other managerial duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree – B Pharm from an accredited institution.
• DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience working as a Pharmacist, with demonstrated leadership and managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and pharmacy management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to effectively manage pharmacy operations, staff, and resources.
• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and deliver exceptional patient care.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
