Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Owners Association Manager at Professional Choice Real Estate. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the management of owner associations, ensuring efficient maintenance & services, fostering community relationships, and implementing transparent practices in property management.
Qualifications
- Experience in property management, community management, and facilities management
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of UAE property laws and regulations
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Experience in budget management and financial reporting
- Certification in Property Management is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related field
