- You have minimally 5-8 years’ experience working in a business setting or as an independent contractor, encompassing a variety of marketing, sales or customer success roles
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in online environments
- You are familiar with online platforms and can level up your digital marketing outreach
- You are motivated and ambitious, eager to set your own growth and success targets.
- You have a growth mindset and are committed to your own personal development and success
Your Responsibilities
- Apply marketing strategies using our advanced processes, with comprehensive support and training provided, using a range of social media platforms.
- Conduct phone interviews and manage the flow of information to qualified candidates
- Manage the enquiry process with professional follow up
- Learn and grow daily with our personal & leadership development training
- Attend weekly live-online professional development sessions
- Maintain day-to-day business and time management, setting your own success targets
