Hiring for a senior role into Sales for one of our FMCG client based in Dubai.
National Sales Manager

8 – 12 Years in Sales experience
Responsible for developing & execution of Sales strategies in line with the overall strategy/ AOC for region. Deliver superior business results with a highly capable & engaged team.
Lead regional sales team to deliver superior business results (Value, Volume Distribution (WD/ND) and Share.
Lead Regional Retail P&L and Formulating short/long term strategy plans including defining the sales growth blue print
Conduct business reviews demonstrating understanding of market, category, and consumer trends merchandising, selling with the right equipment, tools. Manpower, call coverage and frequency, stock replenish etc.
Lead and Implement regional sales IS. Market data analysis sales planning and budget planning functions
Partner HR to upgrade infra-structure and capability of field of the region with effective recruitment, training and success plans for execution excellence
Develop JBP with Regional Customers, leverage Category Management Principles.
