Job Description

• Support Food &Industry Sales by handling RFQs (dairies, beverages, convenience food, personal care, environment, chemicals, mechanical and mining) in GME
• Coordinate with Food & Industry sales to assess customer requirements, review and clarify the contractual T&Cs and list out tenders/project’s deviations
• Cover quotations for pumps and unit equipment (standard catalogue)
• Manage requests with Engineering (non-standard catalogue)
• Ensure continuity of effective communication and display PCM’s culture throughout the entire sales cycle
• Track activity and report in CRM on daily basis
• Shoulder Food & Industry sales in developing new customers; End-users, government entities and specifies (consultants, contractors, EPC, OEM, factories…)
• Follow up on GME agent’s pipelines to help sales reinforce company’s distribution channel
• Monitor and optimize accounts receivables (follow-up after PIs submission by ADV)

Qualifications/Experience:

• Graduate in engineering (mechanical/industrial/) or in business
• Sales experience is required in either industry (wastewater/chemicals/mining) or FMCG (dairies/beverage/consumable goods/personal care)
• Good verbal & written English communication skills (French and/or Arabic would be a plus)
• Sales or sales support background with efficient reporting skills
• Good engineering affluence (mechanical/industrial/production)
• Appropriate computer and IT systems skills/knowledge (MS Office and CRM systems, etc.)
• Distinct knowledge and/or understanding of basic contractual common terms and
• conditions applied in sales cycles (Incoterms, Payment terms, Stocks, etc.)
