Immediate hiring: Media Assistant/ Media Coordinator- Leading Boutique Media Agency in Dubai

Pay range: AED.7, 000 to 8,000/- + standard expat benefits

We are assisting our Client a leading boutique Media agency in Dubai to hire a Media Assistant to support their Media Planning team. The main responsibilities shall include;

• Liaison with Suppliers and sending the package and do the vouching
• Process campaign documentation and materials for the effective implementation of the Campaign
• Keep a track of the campaign activities done by different vendors and collate post campaign report.
• Building strong relations with external vendors
• Coordinate with Finance team for the timely processing of the invoices
• Support the media planning team to ensure all the required coordination with the Suppliers and clients are effectively done
• Support sales team to with Client servicing and presentations

Experience

• Must have 3+ years of experience as Media Assistant or Media Planning Assistant or coordinator with an Advertising agency in UAE.
• Must have excellent communication skills in English
• Must have very good interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree educated.
• Should be available to join immediately.
