Description:

Fakih IVF Abu Dhabi, part of Blue Ocean Health Group, is currently seeking a professional and compassionate Patient Experience Specialist / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients visiting the fertility center. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, hospitality, and administrative support in a sensitive healthcare environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth patient journey from registration to appointment coordination while maintaining high standards of communication, confidentiality, and service excellence. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional, welcoming, and courteous manner.

• Manage patient registration processes, appointment scheduling, and front desk operations efficiently.

• Handle patient inquiries in both Arabic and English through in-person interaction, phone calls, and email communication.

• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments to ensure seamless clinic operations.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all patient interactions within the system.

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

• Provide empathetic and respectful support to patients while strictly maintaining confidentiality.

• Ensure a positive patient experience by addressing concerns professionally and promptly.

• Support administrative and clerical tasks related to front office operations.

• Uphold clinic standards for customer service and patient care excellence.

Requirements:

• Female Arabic speaker is mandatory.

• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Prior experience in patient experience, front desk, customer service, or healthcare environments is preferred.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and emotional conversations with professionalism and empathy.

• Proficiency in basic computer systems and administrative tools.
