Description:

Hiring IT Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware and Software Maintenance:
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications.
• Collaborate with vendors and central IT teams for equipment procurement and issue resolution.

End User Support:

• Provide support to end users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Set up desktop computers, printers, scanners, and handheld devices.
• Create and update IT tickets for issue tracking.
• Escalate issues exceeding SLA to the IT Manager.

System Administration:

• Serve as a technical expert in system administration for various operating systems.
• Configure operating systems and system applications.
• Customer Follow-Up:
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues.
• Prepare reports for the IT Manager.

IT Systems Functionality:

• Troubleshoot IT problems and ensure proper IT operation.
• Coordinate with various IT teams to meet SLAs.

Technical Support:

• Provide technical support across the organization, including remote offices.
• Address support needs in person, remotely, or over the phone.

Onboarding/Offboarding Support:

• Facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes in coordination with HR and central IT departments.

Equipment Deployment and Inventory:

• Configure and deploy IT equipment and devices.
• Maintain an inventory across locations.
• System Performance and Maintenance:

Qualifications:

• Significant knowledge of technologies and management information systems.
• Experience in IT service management solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Office 365.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for PC and hardware issues.
• Experience and certifications in Windows system administration (Active Directory, Exchange, ADFS, SCCM, IIS, MSSQL).
