Description:
Agri Ventures FZC, a Dubai-based manufacturer and exporter of agrochemicals, fertilizers, and crop protection products, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Executive / Coordinator to join its team. The role requires a professional who can efficiently manage shipment operations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
The successful candidate will handle import and export logistics activities, manage freight coordination, maintain shipment documentation, and ensure smooth delivery processes from origin to destination. Candidates with UAE logistics experience and strong knowledge of sea and air freight operations are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sea freight and air freight shipments from booking to delivery.
• Manage import/export logistics activities and shipment coordination.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, and transport companies.
• Prepare and follow up on shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, COO, and related paperwork.
• Track shipments and provide regular updates on delivery status.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Obtain and compare freight quotations and negotiate with logistics service providers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation.
• Support customs clearance procedures and delivery arrangements.
• Monitor ETD/ETA schedules and resolve logistics-related issues.
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of relevant logistics experience in the UAE.
• Strong practical knowledge of sea freight and air freight operations.
• Understanding of import/export procedures and shipping documentation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• UAE logistics experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• International freight operations and shipment tracking.
• Import/export documentation and customs procedures.
• Logistics coordination, vendor management, and supply chain processes.
