Inventory Controller – Oil & Gas

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in trading, wholesale, warehousing, or logistics
• Proficient with computers and other standard office technology.
• Knowledge in ERP System Microsoft Dynamics AX.
• Knowledge of commodity Materials, like valves, flanges, gaskets, piping, nuts, bolts, etc.
• Good knowledge of piping materials, related specifications
• Experience to implement barcoding system for the inventory tracking will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory and supply chain management according to company guidelines
• Plan and issue instructions for loading and unloading.
• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
• Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory.
• Review documentation and monitor product codes to search for discrepancies; troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between stock and records
• Respond to sales inquiries and purchase orders; collect and analyze data to determine appropriate order quantities; process orders for shipment
• Prepare, generate, and file financial inventory reports; review reports monthly with management
• Perform other duties in addition to regular duties as and when required
