Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and identify sales opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each customer.
  • Schedule appointments for in-person or virtual meetings with qualified leads.
  • Follow up with leads promptly and professionally, advancing sales conversations and maintaining engagement.
  • Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Prepare presentations and proposals to demonstrate the value proposition of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, consistently exceeding sales quotas and targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within our CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and our own evolving products and services.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales role, with a preference for inside or B2B sales.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport quickly.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in cold calling techniques and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated, positive attitude with a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
  • Fluent in English (Preferred).
