Job Description:

We seek a highly professional HR Manager with more than 5 years of experience in Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing job descriptions and specifications, supervising and coordinating team activities, and ensuring productivity and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop job descriptions and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
• Ensure daily operations are executed according to company policies and procedures.
• Address and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
• Identify training needs and design development programs.
• Provide feedback and coaching to employees.
• Address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
• Manage salary and compensation structures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
