Job Description:
Strata Global is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. As an integral part of our HR department, the successful candidate will support various HR functions, contributing to the smooth operation of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain accurate records in Zoho People, our Human Resources Information System.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with Zoho People or similar HR software.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
