Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons aligned with the British Curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning and development
• Implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while maintaining a respectful learning atmosphere
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student success
• Participate in school events, academic programs, and continuous professional development initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject along with B.Ed., PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification
• Prior experience teaching the British Curriculum is preferred
• Strong classroom management and interpersonal communication skills
• Passion for teaching, innovation, and student development
• UAE teaching experience will be considered an added advantage
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative and dynamic school environment
