Description:
Artivion, Inc., a global leader in medical devices for cardiac and vascular surgery, is seeking a highly driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercialization of its next-generation aortic arch stent graft products. Based out of Kennesaw, Georgia with the option to work remotely, this position plays a central role in driving innovation in endovascular technology that addresses critical surgical challenges in treating complex aortic diseases.

Role Summary:
As Sr. Product Manager, you’ll own the commercialization roadmap for aortic arch devices—including hybrid and fully endovascular solutions. You’ll work cross-functionally across development, clinical, and commercial launch phases while engaging directly with surgeons to incorporate their insights into product lifecycle planning. This is a highly visible and strategic role that requires strong collaboration, customer engagement, and project leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership role in cross-functional teams including Endo Arch, TAAA, and Bridging Stent projects to ensure timely marketing input and milestone alignment.
- Design and execute customer insight and market research programs to define product and business requirements.
- Frequently interface with surgeons and field partners via travel, medical congresses, and symposia to gather real-world feedback.
- Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to help guide product vision and anticipate future clinical and market demands.
- Support trial site selection and facilitate training and engagement efforts during the clinical trial phase.
- Partner with U.S. Sales Leadership to build out detailed commercialization and go-to-market plans.
- Lead the development of training content and marketing materials in preparation for product launches.
- Manage a defined marketing budget on a quarterly basis and ensure execution of marketing activities.
- Apply strong project management discipline to drive cross-functional deliverables and timelines.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as business, engineering, or life sciences.
- At least 8 years of experience in the medical device industry, preferably with prior experience in the vascular or cardiac surgery domains.
- Strong clinical knowledge and quick learning capabilities related to disease states and medical devices.
- Demonstrated experience in market opportunity analysis, competitive strategy, and voice-of-customer initiatives.
- Proficiency in developing business cases, market sizing, and strategic roadmaps.
- Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle and comfort working with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High degree of collaboration and self-motivation with a strong record of delivering results.
