Description:

Portfolio Manager required

• Willing to work in Abu Dhabi UAE
• Experience in UAE is a must
• Fluent in both Arabic and English verbal and written communication

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential private equity investments, including financial analysis, market research, and management assessments
• Negotiate and structure private equity deals, including term sheets and investment agreements
• Actively monitor and report on the performance of portfolio companies, including financial and operational metrics
• Work closely with portfolio company management teams to develop and execute value-creation plans
• Attend and participate in board meetings and other governance activities for portfolio companies
• Identify and execute exits for portfolio companies, including M&A and IPO transactions
• Stay current on market trends and developments in the private equity industry
