A reputable construction firm in Dubai is urgently seeking a highly experienced Site Architect for a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for professionals currently based in the UAE who can join immediately and have a strong background in managing architectural execution on large-scale projects. The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all site activities meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards while aligning with project requirements and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage all architectural activities on-site to ensure smooth execution
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams
• Review architectural and structural drawings, identify discrepancies, and report them for clarification
• Evaluate shop drawings, materials, and method statements before implementation
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly
• Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards
• Support documentation, reporting, and project coordination activities
Requirements:
• Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience as a Site Architect within the UAE
• Strong experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or high-rise projects
• In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations, and authority approvals
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural detailing
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills in a site environment
• Must be currently residing in the UAE
• Available for immediate joining
