The Sales Operations Specialist will play a critical role in building the operational backbone of the company’s go-to-market engine.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own and optimize sales operations architecture, CRM systems, workflows, and data hygiene processes
• Build and maintain dashboards for pipeline visibility, forecasting, conversion tracking, and revenue performance
• Lead forecasting processes and support regular deal review cadences with sales leadership
• Assist in territory planning, quota allocation, and strategic revenue planning
• Manage and improve GTM technology stack and operational tools
• Enhance lead routing systems, pipeline workflows, and cross-team handoff processes
• Support onboarding, training, and documentation of sales and operational processes
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure operational alignment
• Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to improve performance
• Turn operational data into actionable insights for business decision-making
Candidate Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations in a B2B SaaS company
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, sales reporting, and operational workflows
• Advanced analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations
• Strong understanding of revenue processes, forecasting, and pipeline management
• High attention to detail with a strong ownership mindset
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with strong communication skills
• Process-oriented thinker with a focus on building scalable systems
Nice to Have:
• Experience in cybersecurity or infrastructure-focused companies
• Exposure to AI-enabled RevOps tools and automation systems
• Experience as an early-stage or founding RevOps hire

Compensation:
• USD $145,000 – $195,000 annually
