Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our visa processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing relationships with B2C and B2B customers, and driving sales growth in visa and immigration services. The role requires strong communication skills, sales expertise, and an understanding of the visa processing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales:
- Identify and convert potential B2C and B2B clients for visa services through cold calls, emails, and networking.
- Client Consultation: Understand customer requirements and suggest the best visa solutions based on eligibility and destination requirements.
- Business Development (B2B): Build partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, education consultants, and other businesses to increase visa application referrals.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients, provide updates on visa applications, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Research: Stay updated on visa regulations, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Follow-ups & Documentation: Ensure proper follow-ups with clients and assist them in preparing the required documents for visa applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer support) to ensure smooth visa processing and service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 – 8+ years of experience in sales, preferably in visa processing, travel, or immigration services.
- Strong understanding of B2C and B2B sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of different visa categories (Tourist, Business, Work, Student, etc.) is a plus.
