Description:
A leading restaurant group in the UAE is seeking an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations and ensure the efficient supply of products required for daily restaurant activities. This role is ideal for professionals with strong purchasing expertise, supplier management experience, and a solid understanding of food and beverage procurement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products, negotiating favorable supplier agreements, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely stock replenishment. The position requires excellent organizational skills, market awareness, and the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage procurement activities to support restaurant operations
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of food ingredients, supplier networks, and market pricing trends
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
• Create, review, and manage purchase orders and procurement documentation
• Track deliveries and resolve supplier or logistics-related issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper storage requirements
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, operations, and management teams to meet business needs
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience within the restaurant or hospitality sector
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Experience in procurement procedures and inventory control
• Good understanding of food products, ingredient sourcing, and pricing trends
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and purchasing best practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be preferred
