Description:
Hogar Properties is looking for an experienced and well-organized Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join its growing real estate team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with in-depth knowledge of UAE government procedures and a proven background in managing PRO operations within the real estate sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling government transactions, visa and labor processes, licensing requirements, and ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations. Candidates who can work independently and efficiently while maintaining strong relationships with government authorities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all company-related government transactions and official documentation.
• Process employment visas, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID applications, and labor-related procedures.
• Coordinate with DET/DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Amer, Immigration, and other UAE government authorities.
• Handle company licensing, establishment cards, and related government documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of all PRO activities while maintaining accurate records.
• Monitor compliance with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of PRO experience, preferably in the Dubai real estate industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures and real estate regulations.
• Proven experience with DET/DED, GDRFA, MOHRE, Immigration, Amer, visa, and labor-related processes.
• Ability to manage PRO responsibilities independently with excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• UAE government portals and online services.
• Visa, labor, immigration, and licensing procedures.
• UAE labor laws, compliance, and documentation requirements.
