Description:
Amari Management is seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and operational performance of luxury private villas, office facilities, and commercial properties across Dubai. This role requires a hands-on professional capable of ensuring that all properties remain safe, functional, and maintained to the highest standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing contractors and service providers, and supervising refurbishment projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work within a premium property portfolio while contributing to operational excellence and property value enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance operations
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Supervise refurbishment, renovation, and property improvement projects
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and budget documentation
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance requirements
• Ensure all properties remain safe, operational, and well-maintained
• Act as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related matters
• Provide regular updates and reports to management and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or villa operations
• Experience managing luxury residential properties and contractor networks
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties and maintenance priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience using maintenance management systems
• Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory)
• Ability to travel between properties across Dubai and respond to urgent maintenance issues when required
• Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu language skills are considered an advantage
