Manager Role in R&D
The incumbent must have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the R&D Manager/New Product Development of technical lighting products like Street lights, tunnel lights, and indoor lights for large projects in the UAE
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
The candidate should have
- Proven experience in research and development, new product development, or solution specialist roles within the LED or related technology industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
