SIBCA is seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for IT professionals with hands-on technical support experience who are passionate about delivering reliable IT solutions and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations across multiple office and project locations.
The selected candidate will provide end-user technical support, maintain network and server infrastructure, and ensure the organization’s IT systems remain secure, efficient, and operational. The role also involves traveling to offices and project sites, making a valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and network connectivity issues.
• Diagnose and resolve LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, router, switch, and access point issues.
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, virtualization, file servers, backup systems, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Install and configure software, manage IT assets, maintain user accounts, apply security updates, and handle service desk tickets efficiently.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues while providing excellent customer support to end users.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT support experience.
• CCNA and/or MCSE certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and customer support skills.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are mandatory for travel to offices and project sites.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, and Active Directory.
• LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Virtualization, system backups, network devices, and IT infrastructure support.
