🚨 We’re Hiring! IT Support Engineer | Dubai
Fidelis Technology Services is looking for a dynamic and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our client in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with 2–4 years of IT support background or for fresh graduates eager to begin their IT journey.
📍 Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai
🗓 Start Date: Immediate
⚠️ Preference: Candidates available to join immediately and attend face-to-face interviews will be given priority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Level 1 helpdesk support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, new system installations, and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and log tickets effectively.
- Support ongoing IT initiatives and provide backup assistance to the helpdesk team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of Linux/Windows/macOS environments, Office 365, IP networking, DNS, and DHCP.
- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and multitasking capabilities.
- Educational background in IT (Diploma/Degree); relevant certifications are highly desirable.
