Join Alkeem Group as an Internal Auditor based in Abu Dhabi and help strengthen our internal control environment. In this role you will examine financial and operational processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to ensure compliance and mitigate risk across the organisation. We are looking for a methodical auditor who can combine technical knowledge with clear reporting and practical risk-based recommendations.
Key Responsibilities & Focus Areas
• Plan and execute internal audit assignments across functions, documenting findings and preparing clear audit reports.**
• Evaluate internal controls, risk exposures, and compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.**
• Work closely with process owners to discuss findings, agree remediation actions, and follow up on corrective measures.**
• Support continuous improvement by suggesting practical control enhancements and efficiency gains.**
• Contribute to risk assessment activities and help maintain the internal audit work program.**
Candidate Profile
• Demonstrable experience in internal auditing; exposure to manufacturing or construction sectors is a plus.
• Strong understanding of auditing standards, internal control frameworks, and risk assessment methods.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and present findings to stakeholders professionally.
