Description:

Hicar Auctions L.L.C is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an HR professional with hands-on experience managing recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE labour regulations.

The successful candidate will oversee daily HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, coordinate government-related documentation, and ensure HR practices align with company policies and UAE Labour Law. Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

• Coordinate visa processing, labour cards, Emirates ID applications, and other employee documentation.

• Administer attendance records, leave management, and HR documentation.

• Support payroll preparation and generate HR reports.

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support.

• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and company policies.

• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience within the UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, visa, and labour procedures.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
