Description:

We are hiring Senior HR Officer for our head office based in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Onboarding, Training, Induction, Leave Management, Exit Interview process, Issuing letters, etc.
• Oversee the HR operational programs; formulate, facilitate, and implement.
• Manage corporate communications and employee relations issues within the business.
• Conduct regular HR Audits to ensure Compliance to HR Policies/processes & Labor laws
• Manage Medical Insurance for all staff and workers.
• Identify, implement & manage HRIS software.
• Assist in developing/formulating & designing the corporate HR Policies.
